Its project delivery conforms to various national and international standards. Its field quality plan is prepared in line with contract requirements and tests are conducted accordingly. Simplex is fully equipped with its own testing facilities at all project sites.

VENDOR DEVELOPMENT

Magadh believes in partnering with their vendors on the road to growth. Magadh is looking for vendors to partner them in their pursuit of growth and in their search for excellence in quality and services. To continue to develop our supply chain through closer working relationships, vendors supplying material and services related to civil engineering are requested to register through partner channel program.

EQUIPMENT

The availability of state-of-the-art equipment is critical in deadline management in the industry. A well-staffed plant division, run by senior mechanical engineers, works closely with construction engineers to plan out various alternative techniques and provide necessary plant systems. Preventive maintenance programs for all plant and machinery are mandatory at every site. The mechanical division maintains a complete inventory of spares so that repairs downtime can be minimised and production schedules maintained. For the same reason, substitute spares for imported machinery are often designed in-house and ordered locally .

Magadh Project’s team comes from years of industry experience in Infrastructures and Real Estate: Promoter and Board's in-depth technical capabilities combined with management skills is the core asset to the company.

H B Nayak, CEO

Mr. Nayak has vast experience in global corporate world, his association with corporate world has crossed 30 plus years, his diversified experience in Human Resources, Corporate administration, Logistics, Facilities and Public relations. He was in Senior Management positions in Wipro Ltd, Wipro British Telecom and Wipro Technologies before moving on to senior management roles in diverse Media and other Industries. He is a Post Graduate M S W From Karnataka University Darwad, Karnataka.

Koteshwara Rao– Managing Director

Mr.Koteshwar Rao, 67 years, is the Managing Partner of the Company. Mr.Koteshwar Rao was joined the state govt department under the Government of Andhra Pradesh in 1964 and has put in more than three decades of service before retiring . His leadership skills and administrative experience were of immense help to the Company, in its formative years.

Narsing Lunsavath – Vice President

Narsingh has more than 14 years of industry experience combined with INFRAS and Information Technology as Head Analyst for several projects. He played remarkable role in many icon projects i.e., Infra: ORR HYD, Tindivanam Road Project, Polavaram Tadepudi Irrigation Project, Bhoopatipalem Dam Project and Several IT related projects.

Served for many prestigious corporations i.e., Maytas Infra, Khatriyas Seva Samithi, Medics Pro UK, Locheed Martin US ARMY USA, Life Watch Inc USA, Andersen Consulting USA, Brown University Rhoad Island USA, EDS USA.

Ranga Roa has more than 15 Years industry experience, caries Earth work: BDL, DRDL, CONTSUTRUCTION: DRDL, SPM(SIRIPUR PAPER MILS), STATE WAREHOUSE CORPORATION GOUDANS, director of MUNICIPAL ADMIN Building, DGQA Buildings, External Works such as ROADS, HOSPITAL BUILDING, RESIDENTIAL COMPLEXES

Sadula Narayan - Independent Director

Mr Narayan has more than 28 Years of core and global experience, team building, startups and Project Management of large and heavy industries, like Mittal steel Annaba, Jindal Vijayanagar Steel, Rourkela Steel Plant and SAIL Marketing & applications of projects in ABB, Kirloskar Electric Co. Worked with global corporate such as ABB, G.E and VA I in India, Algeria and Sweden.

KR Swamy – Whole Time Director

Mr. KR Swamy is a Retired govt. servant as a IFS, during his tenure with department he get to head several departmental projects along with his regular duties, he brings knowledge of rural and interior forest intricacies which helped him to work with several prestigious projects i.e., Construction of Staff Quarters:- Birelly Village(Tadawai Mandal) Rajipet Village and Chityal (Etunagaram Mandal) Kambal pelly (Mahabubad Mandal) Tunguri Village (Darampuri Mandal) Jagityala Mandal, Manthini Mandal, Plantations Projects sucha as Teak, Eucaliptus more than 100000 Lack Acre. Instrumental in getting Rain factory up and running and created employment to several villages.

Venkatarama Narasaya – Chief Engineer

Mr. Venkataram is a retired SE from Irrigation Department, He handled excellent icon project during his tenure with department. He also worked with india’s best of the best Infra companies ie., SEW, Gaythri, Engineering Consulting and many more.

Radha Krishana - Sr. Engineer

Mr. Radhakrishna adds over 15 years of his Structural engineering experience to the company. A civil engineer from Kakatiya Institute of Technology & Sciences (Warangal) has won many credits from clients for his work over his career. His success stories come in the form of independent housing and apartment complex projects, commercial centers in the Hyderabad and other parts of the state over the past 10 years.
