Its project delivery conforms to various national and international standards. Its field quality plan is prepared in line with contract requirements and tests are conducted accordingly. Simplex is fully equipped with its own testing facilities at all project sites.

VENDOR DEVELOPMENT

Magadh believes in partnering with their vendors on the road to growth. Magadh is looking for vendors to partner them in their pursuit of growth and in their search for excellence in quality and services. To continue to develop our supply chain through closer working relationships, vendors supplying material and services related to civil engineering are requested to register through partner channel program.

EQUIPMENT

The availability of state-of-the-art equipment is critical in deadline management in the industry. A well-staffed plant division, run by senior mechanical engineers, works closely with construction engineers to plan out various alternative techniques and provide necessary plant systems. Preventive maintenance programs for all plant and machinery are mandatory at every site. The mechanical division maintains a complete inventory of spares so that repairs downtime can be minimised and production schedules maintained. For the same reason, substitute spares for imported machinery are often designed in-house and ordered locally .

Koteshwara Rao– Managing Director

Mr.Koteshwar Rao, 67 years, is the Managing Partner of the Company. Mr.Koteshwar Rao was joined the state govt department under the Government of Andhra Pradesh in 1964 and has put in more than three decades of service before retiring . His leadership skills and administrative experience were of immense help to the Company, in its formative years.

Mr Narayan has more than 28 Years of core and global experience, team building, startups and Project Management of large and heavy industries, like Mittal steel Annaba, Jindal Vijayanagar Steel, Rourkela Steel Plant and SAIL Marketing & applications of projects in ABB, Kirloskar Electric Co. Worked with global corporate such as ABB, G.E and VA I in India, Algeria and Sweden.

Venkatarama Narasaya – Chief Engineer

Mr. Venkataram is a retired SE from Irrigation Department, He handled excellent icon project during his tenure with department. He also worked with india’s best of the best Infra companies ie., SEW, Gaythri, Engineering Consulting and many more.

Radha Krishana - Sr. Engineer

Mr. Radhakrishna adds over 15 years of his Structural engineering experience to the company. A civil engineer from Kakatiya Institute of Technology & Sciences (Warangal) has won many credits from clients for his work over his career. His success stories come in the form of independent housing and apartment complex projects, commercial centers in the Hyderabad and other parts of the state over the past 10 years.
